Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Policy explains how subscription cancellation and refunds work for MeraFix, operated by MeraFlow LLC (South Carolina, United States).

1. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your subscription from Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription in your admin panel, or by emailing [email protected] from the email on file. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then; we do not pro-rate partial periods.

2. Refunds

General rule: we do not issue refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access through month-end; no refund for unused days. This is standard for SaaS subscriptions.

2.1 No money-back guarantee

We do not offer a money-back guarantee. All subscription fees — monthly and annual — are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. To stop future charges, cancel as described in Section 1.

2.2 Service outages — Team tier SLA credits

Team-tier subscribers receive pro-rata credit for confirmed service outages exceeding 24 continuous hours in a calendar month, measured by our public status page. Credits applied to the next invoice. Not cash-refundable.

Excluded:

The Pro tier does not include SLA credits.

3. Payment processing fees

Where we issue a refund on a card payment, Stripe's processing fee ($0.30 + 2.9% per transaction) is non-refundable to MeraFlow LLC — Stripe retains this fee even on full refunds. Industry standard.

4. Disputed charges

If you believe you were charged in error, please email [email protected] first. We resolve most disputes within 5 business days.

You retain the right to file a chargeback with your card issuer. We will respond with transaction documentation. Accounts with repeated unjustified chargebacks may be suspended.

5. Data export after cancellation

After cancellation, you have 60 days of read-only access to download your data:

Email [email protected] to request a final export bundle. After 60 days we may delete tenant data per the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy, except records required to retain by law (e.g., payment records for 7 years).

6. Failed payments

If a payment fails, we will retry the charge over 10 days and notify the account administrator. If payment is not cured within 10 days, we may suspend the Service. After 30 days non-payment we may terminate the account, subject to the same 60-day export window.

7. Updates

We may update this Policy with at least 30 days' notice for material changes affecting existing subscribers.
