Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete an account and the personal data associated with it for MeraFix, operated by MeraFlow LLC (South Carolina, United States). It applies to accounts used on the web and in our mobile applications (including the technician app for iOS).

1. Repair-shop staff accounts (admins, dispatchers, technicians)

Staff accounts are created and administered by the repair business you work for — that business is our customer and the controller of data processed in your working relationship. Two ways to delete a staff account:

If a repair business used MeraFix to serve you (you booked online, spoke to the shop's AI assistant, or received invoices), that business controls your records — contact the shop directly to request deletion, and we will assist it in fulfilling your request. You can also email [email protected] and we will route the request to the right business. See also Privacy Policy, Section 10 (Your rights).

4. Marketing leads and demo requests

If you only filled a form on merafix.com (demo request, waitlist, guides), email [email protected] from the same address and we will delete your lead record within 30 days.
